Overlooking The Great Room, The Loft features stunning wall-to-wall windows, wood panel flooring, a private bar, and additional restrooms.
This fully-enclosed open-air space resides just off The Great Room, featuring both an exquisite natural living wall with different varieties of succulents and a warm and cozy fireplace.
Enjoy an intimate on-site area to prepare for your special occasion. With garment hooks, full length mirrors, and lounge seating, this space is perfect for party preparations and final touches before the main event.

The Colony House is an eclectically-styled event space that effortlessly blends the neighborhood’s craftsman aesthetic with the venue’s unique style and architecture. Able to accommodate up to 400 guests, it offers unique spaces that can be customized and intermixed to align with your event size and personal preferences.
The Great Room’s original bow truss ceiling, century-old white oak stage back, and whitewashed brick walls provide aesthetically stimulating views at every angle. The Loft overlooks the first floor offering a separate-yet-connected space for guests to gather, and an iconic living wall on The Patio provides the perfect setting for intimate ceremonies and playful cocktail receptions.
